HIIT IT HARD!

(High Intensity Interval Training With Weights)

This is a 30 minute session which gets the body pumping with High Intensity Interval Trianing using light weights.

 

If you are a beginner and new to exercise then you will start with bodyweight exercises and work your way up to the dumbbells where you can continue to push yourself by increasing the weight overtime.
